Kremlin Spokesman Dmitriy Peskov announced that moving the S-400 air defence systems in Türkiye to a country Russia considers friendly is on the agenda.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said transferring Türkiye's S-400 systems to a third country requires Moscow's approval, setting the condition that the receiving country give Russia a 100% guarantee. He said no request had been received yet.
