The first hearing will be held on November 12 in the case concerning 15-year-old Yağmur Pehlivanlı, who died in a traffic accident in Kastamonu on August 21, 2025. According to Cumhuriyet, defendant F.N.V., who had moved his residence to Ankara, gave his testimony by instruction at the Ankara Courthouse.
After the suspect's testimony was taken at the Ankara Courthouse, the Pehlivanlı family made a statement outside. Mother Esin Pehlivanlı claimed the suspect's previous statements contradicted his testimony today. The panel noted that in his first statement, the suspect said his speed was 45-55 kilometers per hour.
