Selahattin Yılmaz and Cem Duman, who had been held in pretrial detention for 13 months over an alleged armed attack plot targeting Aziz İhsan Aktaş, were ordered released after an objection to their detention. Duman was freed; Yılmaz will remain in prison because he is convicted in another case.
