In Gaziantep's Şahinbey district, Harun K. shot and killed his wife Merve K. with a shotgun following an argument. The suspect then went outside, opened fire at random, injured four people—three of them children—and was subsequently detained.
The attacker is claimed to have argued with his wife over infidelity. It was learned that the injured are not in life-threatening condition. Merve K.'s body was sent to the Forensic Medicine Institute for autopsy.
