Visa center opens in Sulaymaniyah, Talabani backs peace process

A Türkiye visa application center opened in Sulaymaniyah. Attending the ceremony, Kurdistan Regional Government Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani said they support the peace process in Türkiye.

Türkiye's Consul General in Erbil, Erman Topçu, Sulaymaniyah Governor Heval Ebubekir and Mayor Leyla Ömer attended the opening. Talabani said Türkiye played an important role in the city's reconstruction and that they expect more investment. Consul General Topçu stated that visa work has not stopped even in difficult processes.
