The Tekirdağ Commercial Court of First Instance converted the temporary concordat moratorium into a one-year definitive moratorium for companies, including Kale Seyahat, which has operated since 1975, and one individual. The concordat ratification hearing will be held on Dec. 15, 2026.
The decision covers Cemal Alirıza Çelebi and five companies. The court will make its final assessment on approving the concordat after the examinations.
