Garanti BBVA notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that the Competition Board's investigation into the labor market had been concluded with a settlement and that it would pay an administrative fine of approximately 1.55 billion lira.
The investigation had been launched to determine whether Article 4 of Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition was violated in the labor market. The Board concluded the process through settlement for the bank. The fine amount was announced via a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform.
