İskender Balcı surrenders in fund probe

İskender Balcı, subject to an arrest warrant in the fourth-wave operation of the fund investigation in Istanbul, returned to Türkiye and surrendered to judicial authorities.

In the operation, 8 of 10 suspects, including board members of Destek Faktoring and Özata Denizcilik, had been detained. Balcı had been found to have left for Montenegro on 26 September, and judicial procedures against him had been reported as ongoing.
