Constitutional Court rules Özgür Özel's freedom of expression was violated
The Constitutional Court deemed the decision that YENİ Party Chairman Özgür Özel pay 10,000 lira in the moral compensation lawsuit filed by Fuat Oktay a violation of freedom of expression; it decided to pay Özel 50,000 lira in compensation and to send the file to the Ankara 25th Civil Court of First Instance for retrial.
