Turkish Court of Cassation issues precedent on non-reinstatement pay
The Turkish Court of Cassation (Yargıtay) resolved the dispute over whether a worker's earlier service at the same workplace counts in the compensation paid by an employer who fails to reinstate the worker after a reinstatement order.
