Justice Minister Akın Gürlek met with judges and prosecutors at the Adana Courthouse, saying the 13th Judicial Package is planned to be enacted in October and that a scoring system has been introduced for appointments. Gürlek also met with young people in Adana.
Gürlek stated that work is underway on regulations to speed up the judiciary and noted that proposals from judges and prosecutors are being evaluated by the legislation team. He also emphasized that a scoring system has been introduced for appointments and promotions. Gürlek said at the meeting with young people that there is no escape from justice.
