The Ministry of National Defence announced the death of Specialist Sergeant Coşkun Sevim, who served in the Olive Branch Operation area. Sevim had fallen ill during duty and died on 23 September in the hospital to which he had been taken.
In the statement, it was noted that Sevim could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital. Minister of National Defence Yaşar Güler offered his condolences and patience to the family on behalf of himself and the ministry staff.
