Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bankası announced it had officially applied to the Treasury and Finance Ministry, the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and the BDDK for the share transfers of Katılımevim, Birevim and İktisat Katılım Bankası.
In the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that progress had been made in the talks with the parties and that the aim was to complete the procedures as soon as possible after the permits. The bank had made a material event disclosure on 17 September.
