Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan described President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's UN General Assembly address as a "manifesto setting out Türkiye's global vision". Fidan said the address repeated the call for recognition of Palestine.
Fidan told a press conference at the Turkish House in New York that Erdoğan had addressed the UN General Assembly for the 16th time and that the speech had drawn wide resonance. He conveyed that the President described the situation in Gaza as an issue testing humanity's common conscience.
