In the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office fund investigation, asset restraint was imposed on the assets of Astor Enerji executives Feridun Geçgel and Enver Geçgel. It was not confirmed that a separate restraint order was issued concerning Astor Enerji.

The prosecution requested asset restraint for 42 individuals, 46 legal entities and 18 funds, 106 persons and entities in total. The investigation concerns alleged laundering of criminal proceeds and violation of the Capital Markets Law.
