Capital Markets Board says cancelled fund orders will be paid

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) said holders of buy and sell orders sent to the fund trading platform (TEFAS) on 17 September and cancelled by the platform in funds subject to liquidation will be paid from the liquidation balance in proportion to their unit ownership.

The board said orders placed on 16 September and earlier that could not be executed because of fund default or missing prices were also covered. The funds had previously been closed to transactions via TEFAS and placed into liquidation in bulletins.
