Pasifik GYO told the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it had no link to the funds in the fund investigation. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office had lifted the measures on 45 companies and 19 funds yesterday upon a letter from the Capital Markets Board (SPK).
The company argued that the closed-fund transactions were only transfers of financial assets between its own accounts. The asset measures on real persons remain in force. The SPK's decisions to close 131 funds to trading on TEFAS and to liquidate them also continue.
