President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said after the Presidential Cabinet meeting that the problem in the fund market had occurred in a limited segment and there was no risk spreading to the financial system.

Erdoğan said the Justice Minister and the Treasury and Finance Minister gave comprehensive presentations at the cabinet meeting. He said they were closely following developments in the capital market and argued the Turkish capital market had the capacity to overcome this problem.
