1,143 Israelis entered Al-Aqsa Mosque during the Jewish holiday of Sukkot under Israeli police protection and performed religious rituals in its courtyards. The Foreign Ministry, AK Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik and Presidency Communications Director Burhanettin Duran condemned the move.
