The Trade Ministry found misleading discounts and unlabelled products during an inspection at a textile business in Esenyurt and imposed an administrative penalty. The file was referred to the Advertising Board.
Ministry Press Adviser Bekir Kaplan said the inspection on 28 September, following a CİMER application dated 26 September, found a tag and image suggesting a higher discount than actually applied, ruled the phrase 'Don't miss it, limited time' unlawful, and found 2 products without price tags.
