The Saudi Council of Ministers, meeting under Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, approved the visa waiver agreement with Türkiye for holders of diplomatic and special passports.
The agreement had been signed in Ankara on May 6, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette by presidential decision in Türkiye. Holders of those passports will be able to stay visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
