What you can write about
- A mistake in a story. Use the corrections page. It asks for the story’s address, which helps us find it fast.
- A question or a comment about the site.
- A request about your personal data, under KVKK or the GDPR.
- A complaint about a story that concerns you or your rights, or content you own.
When we answer
- A data request: within 30 days, as the law requires.
- A complaint about a story: we look at these first.
- A mistake in a story: we check it against the sources and fix it as soon as we can.
- Other messages: if you leave an e-mail address and the message needs an answer.
What we do not take
Press releases, sponsored posts, guest articles and link exchange offers. We do not answer these. Paying does not change that.
