gazete.app is published by Odun Games Limited Şirketi, Kireçburnu Mah., Sarıyer, İstanbul, Türkiye. In these terms, “we” means that company.
What the site is
gazete.app publishes short summaries of news about Türkiye in 4 languages. Each summary names the reports it is based on and links to them. We do not publish opinion pieces.
There is no account and nothing to buy on the site today.
Accuracy
A summary is short. It can leave out detail, and it can be wrong. Before you rely on a story, read the original report behind the link.
If you find a mistake, tell us on the corrections page. We check it against the sources and fix the story.
Not advice
Nothing on gazete.app is investment, financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Exchange rates, prices, inflation figures and market data are for information only. They can be late or wrong. Do not base a decision about your money on them. Ask a licensed professional.
What you may do
- Read, print and share our pages.
- Quote a short part of a summary, with a link to the page.
- Use our RSS feeds in a feed reader.
What you may not do
- Copy the site, a whole edition or many stories in bulk, or republish them.
- Remove or hide the source links when you quote us.
- Collect pages with automated tools in a way that puts load on the site. Our
robots.txtfile says what is welcome. - Use our content to train a model without our written permission.
- Attack the site, try to break its security, or send spam through its forms.
Other people’s content
Headlines, quotations, figures and photos that come from other publishers belong to them. We use them to report the news, with credit and a link.
If you hold the rights to something on the site and want it removed, or a story concerns you and you think it breaks your rights, write to us with the contact form. Choose “a complaint about a story” and include the story’s address. We review these first.
Links to other sites
Every story links to its sources. We do not control those sites, and their own terms apply once you leave. A link does not mean we endorse the site.
Advertising
The site carries adverts. They are marked and kept apart from the news. An advertiser does not see a story before it is published and has no say in what we write.
Availability
We update the site through the day. It can be unavailable, incomplete or out of date at any time. We can change or stop any part of it.
Liability
We offer the site as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for a loss caused by relying on a summary, by a wrong figure, by a broken link or by the site being down. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
Law and courts
Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the mandatory consumer rules of your country still protect you.
Changes
When these terms change, the date and version at the top change. The version in force is always the one on this page.
