Trump expected to meet Gulf leaders at UN General Assembly

According to Axios sources, Trump will discuss post-Iran war strategy with representatives of Gulf Cooperation Council countries at the UN General Assembly starting September 22. Reuters reported that the war has spread to Yemen and Saudi Arabia and that oil supply risks have increased.

Leaders or foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman are expected to attend the meeting. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu reportedly wants to meet Trump, but no meeting has been scheduled yet. Trump said Iran wants to make a deal and they heard this directly from the US.
