According to BirGün, hundreds of people gathered outside the Turkish Embassy in Berlin to protest operations in Türkiye, called "Ailem Güvende" ("My Family Is Safe"), that began on September 12. Speakers said, "Neither being LGBTİ+ nor organizing is a crime."
The protesters carried rainbow and trans flags while banners read 'Our organised struggle will live despite your fascism'. Speeches were made in Turkish, German and English. In a Turkish speech it was said that 'neither being LGBTI+ nor organising is a crime'.
