Fifteen identified Turkish Cypriots killed and placed in a mass grave in the village of Atlılar on August 14, 1974, were buried in a state ceremony, including two infants aged 40 days and 16 months. Cevdet Yılmaz, Tufan Erhürman and Ünal Üstel attended the ceremony.
Among those buried are 40-day-old Seldem Ali Osman (Pipalı) and 16-month-old Betül Arnavut. Identities were determined through work on remains unearthed during excavations by the Committee on Missing Persons.
