Tera Portföy is 99 percent owned by Tera Yatırım. Its board includes names such as Prof. Dr. Emre Alkin and former OECD Ambassador Kerem Alkin. It was emphasized that Abdülkadir Özkan's presence on the board does not by itself constitute a criminal accusation.
