The campaign, offering a 25% discount to housing and business unit buyers who wish to pay off their debt in full, is expected to benefit 228,000 people. Applications for the campaign, which also includes partial payments, will be accepted between September 22 and October 19.
The campaign also covers partial payments, provided they are not less than 25% of the outstanding debt balance. Buyers whose installments started by June 2025 at the latest will be able to benefit. Applications will be made to the banks where the sale was made.
