YENİ Party Zonguldak deputy Deniz Yavuzyılmaz asked about the political ties and fund sales of a person named H.K. in the fund crisis. Yavuzyılmaz said 455,758 investors were victimized.

Yavuzyılmaz said that apart from Tera's arrested executives, two senior executives were released under judicial control. He reported that Erdin Özel is the Chairman of the Board of Tera Portfolio and Emir Münir Sarpyener holds a senior position at Tera Investment Securities.
