Tera Portföy's stock-heavy fund placed into liquidation by the Capital Markets Board (SPK) gained 107,000 new investors in two weeks. With the inflows, the fund's portfolio value rose from 59 billion lira to 127 billion lira.

According to TEFAS data, 68 billion lira of new money flowed into the fund about two weeks before the liquidation decision. In the same period, some of the 113 funds the SPK placed into liquidation also saw thousands of investors exit. The interest was said to have stemmed from communications that the fund would invest in large-company shares.
