Fenerbahçe announced that FIFA's three-window transfer ban was temporary and stemmed from one instalment of Youssef En Nesyri's transfer fee.
The club said the payment will be made on Monday and the ban will be lifted after bureaucratic procedures with FIFA are completed. Past-period financial statements will be announced at tomorrow's Ordinary General Assembly.
