Latest in the series Capital Markets Board says cancelled fund orders will be paid

Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced that judicial action was taken against 76 suspects in the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office fund investigation. Of the suspects, 45 were arrested, 5 were placed under judicial control, arrest procedures were launched for 12, and procedures for 14 in custody are ongoing.

Assets of fund owners and suspects in managerial positions were seized. Assets of the suspects' first-degree relatives were frozen. In a separate judicial action reported by Nefes, two of eight detained suspects were arrested.
