Under the planned change to the Real Estate Ad Verification System (EİDS), listings will be automatically linked to authorization contracts. If a contract is cancelled, the related listing will be removed from publication.
The change involves transferring the authorization contract to the Real Estate Ad Verification System (EİDS) alongside the listing permission property owners grant to estate agencies via e-Government. Work is also under way on a new verification system for listings by foreign owners, including properties without title deed records.
