Latest in the series Capital Markets Board says cancelled fund orders will be paid

Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced that the assets of 46 legal entities, 18 funds and 42 individuals had been frozen in the fund investigation, and exit bans had been imposed on 37 suspects.

The minister said the outflows from the funds were being examined in the investigation run by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. He said the number of detainees had now risen to 51, with BBC Turkish among those reporting it.
