Mehmet Şimşek: No action against clean players in fund crisis

Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek announced that no action will be taken against individuals and companies not involved in market-disruptive transactions. He said the legitimate rights of fund investors were being protected in coordination with the Justice Ministry.

Şimşek stressed in a social media statement that protecting the real sector's investment, employment, production and export capacity was the priority. He said necessary measures would be taken to prevent adverse effects on the financial system and real economy.
