Latest in the series Remzi Baka says he paid İBB legal counsel 380 million lira

At the 88th hearing in the IBB case, two defendants said tenders had been predetermined and fictitious invoices had been issued. The defences of the defendants not under arrest are continuing.

In the case, 436 defendants, 57 of them under arrest, are on trial. Former Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Transportation Department Head and Hopa Mayor Utku Cihan also presented a defence. The court will review detentions on Thursday.
