Court of Accounts report: 99.92% of AFAD budget spent
In the Court of Accounts' 2025 AFAD report, budget realisation was 99.92%. Allocations to İller Bankası and payments to TOKİ and Emlak Konut were recorded contrary to legislation, and delivered housing was not recorded in accounts.
