Advertisement requirement for Treasury lands abolished
With the amendment to the National Real Estate General Communiqué, institutions in which at least 15 percent of the capital belongs to the Türkiye Wealth Fund Treasury can obtain direct permission to use Treasury immovables without an advertisement.
