Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) First Chamber Chairman Turan Kuloğlu said that under the system announced by Justice Minister Akın Gürlek, appointments will be made based on service points and point rankings, with performance and the difficulty of posts converted into points using objective criteria.
Kuloğlu said the aim is to encourage judicial members who conclude cases that have been pending for many years. Whether the duty location is in the east or west, working conditions and transportation facilities will be effective in scoring. Judges and prosecutors will be able to see their own scores openly.
