Physical education teacher Özgür Fırat, who said he was a victim of fraudsters during a loan application in Antalya, was acquitted after an 8-year trial.
Fırat applied for a loan online in 2016 and, at the fraudsters' direction, allowed money to be withdrawn from his account. Fırat, tried on charges of 'fraud' after the incident, had spent 14 months in prison.
