Latest in the series Capital Markets Board says cancelled fund orders will be paid

YENİ Party Istanbul deputy Ümit Özlale presented a bill in the Grand National Assembly (TBMM) that foresees compensating more than 80 percent of losses in the 131 liquidated investment funds without public resources or additional taxes.

Özlale said the principal would be adjusted for inflation, unrealized virtual profits would be excluded, and a standard uniform transaction date would be set. The bill also provides for examining fund outflows after their establishment.
