The 13th Judicial Package is expected to be discussed in the new legislative year of the Grand National Assembly (TBMM), beginning 1 October. Work is underway on regulations concerning alimony, divorce and identity verification on social media.
In the proposal prepared by the Justice Ministry and the AK Party group, a new formula for indefinite alimony, which the Constitutional Court annulled, acceleration in divorce cases and an identity verification system via e-Government for social media accounts are planned. The package has not yet been submitted to Parliament.
