ASELSAN's autonomous underwater vehicle DERİNGÖZ imaged the historical structures of Halfeti, which lies under water in the Euphrates River. The mission was carried out ahead of TEKNOFEST Southeast, to be held in Şanlıurfa.
The vehicle scanned the district's sunken streets, structures and underwater topography with its high-resolution sensors, as Halfeti was partially submerged following the construction of the Birecik Dam. ASELSAN shared the video of the survey on its social media account.
