Latest in the series Capital Markets Board says cancelled fund orders will be paid

Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced that legal proceedings were carried out against 76 suspects within the scope of the fund investigation and 45 people were arrested. Judicial control was applied to 5 people, arrest warrants were issued for 12, and procedures for 14 suspects are ongoing.

Gürlek said that the assets of fund owners and suspects in executive positions were seized, while the assets of their first-degree relatives were frozen. The seized jets belonged to Muhammet Yarız and Tera Yatırım Board Chairman Emre Tezmen, and the yacht to Pusula Holding Board Chairman Serdar Turhan.
