Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan, referred to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) in the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) betting inquiry, told A Spor there was no deliberate act.

Trabzonspor President Ertuğrul Doğan argued an account he had opened with a former official league sponsor had been closed, so there was no intent. In the inquiry, 448 executives of Süper Lig and First League clubs from the last five years were referred to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) with interim measures.
