Sports writer Uğur Meleke repeated that he is a candidate for the presidency of the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) at the first election and added 10 more items to the manifesto he announced on 1 July.
In his column in the newspaper Hürriyet, he said that if elected president he would end the current mafia-like jargon and put a stop to hooliganism in suits.
