Latest in the series Erdin Ozel and Emir Munir Sarpyener arrested in fund probe

In the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's fund investigation into capital market transactions, 12 more suspects were referred to the courthouse. Police procedures for 20 suspects in custody are continuing.

Those referred to the courthouse include Destek Investment Bank General Manager Özgür Akayoğlu and three board members of Destek Factoring. The number of remanded suspects in the investigation stands at 61.
