Tera Portfolio Board Chairman Erdin Ozel and Tera Investment CEO Emir Munir Sarpyener were arrested in the fund investigation. The number of arrested suspects in the probe rose to 58.
In the probe run by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 13 suspects whose police procedures were completed were referred to a criminal judgeship. Eight were referred with a request for arrest, four for house arrest and one for judicial control.
