Türkiye Emlak Katılım Bank applied to the Turkish Competition Authority for approval of the transfer of Katılımevim, Birevim and İktisat Katılım shares. The bank said other approval processes are ongoing.
The application was filed on 30 September, following ad hoc disclosures on 17 and 25 September. The bank notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that other licensing and approval processes for the share transfers continue.
