Türkiye's central bank raised the growth cap for SME loans from 4.5% to 5%. It also lowered blocked reserve ratios for Turkish lira reserve requirements.
The move was announced as part of a change to reserve requirements aimed at supporting macrofinancial stability and banks' liquidity management. It did not say when the new ratios would take effect.
